"Outstanding support during the relocation process. We decided that we were going to relocate from Maryland to Texas and were doing a lot of research on houses and locations in Zillow. We had found an area that interested us, and we sent off for information on a house, and Jeanne reached out almost immediately to see if she could assist us. We talked a bit about what we were looking for, area, prices and timelines. As we continued talking we found out that she had lived in Maryland previously and the more we talked it was just a good fit as she understood the challenges we were facing. That was a huge relief for us, since trying to work with an agent 1500 miles away is a challenge. She immediately set us up on some searches and asked us for feedback on the search listings, and gradually helped narrow it down to styles and possible locations. I was able to visit in June, and Jeanne had several houses lined up for my daughter and I to look at that would give us a better sense of the styles and areas that suited us best.
